The Whitewater Hang Gliding Club will be having it’s annual spring meeting on Saturday March 13th. The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Lincoln Elementary School located at 242 South Prince Street in Whitewater.

The meeting will start promptly at 9:30am and will follow the schedule outlined below:

9:30 – 10:30 Safety committee will present SOP for flying at the Whitewater Hang Gliding Club.

10:30 – 12:00 We will have an EMT first responder guest, that will provide our members, and any community members interested in attending, the proper procedures for attending to someone that has been injured and is in need of medical attention. Note: this is tentative.

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch will be served for those present. We will be ordering out Pizza and Soda.

1:00 – 4:00 Any Non-WWHGC members will be asked to leave. The club members will then conduct our spring business meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO parachute repacking done on this day. The BOD would like everyone’s attention at the meeting and to give our guests the respect of our attention. If you would like to leave your parachute behind, to be repacked on Sunday, that will be allowed.
