Greetings Fellow air heads!

As you probably know by now Herb Benton has had to step down from his position as President. It can be tough to fit everything in especially when you are just starting up your own business. Best of luck Herb, we still appreciate the work you will be doing on our most-excellent web site. 

My intent is to get us to the upcoming business meeting (March 13th) and then vote on electing another president or on myself to keep on keepin' on. I'm not sure of the exact procedure in this circumstance but if anyone wishes to step up then please do so prior to the meeting.

I'll post again closer to the meeting to lay out what I feel are the issues we should discuss and vote on if needed but right now I will let you know of a great bit of news that should inject a bit of optimism into all: I just talked with a pilot named Faye Holroyd who is serious about coming up to Wisconsin to fly our tug - full time! She is a semi-retired commercially rated pilot with a great resume and recommendations from Malcom Jones and Rhett Radford. They had taught her to fly the dragonfly down in Florida but she has not had the opportunity to tow yet. I'm sure we could muster up a few volunteers to get her plenty of experience on the smart end of the rope! She will be up here for the meeting so it will be a great opportunity for her to meet us and tour the facilities.
